I wish I had one like this when I was in nursing school. It would be really helpful. It would be even better if this book is handy for quick reference guide when you're in clinical setting or at work place. I got a very good deal for this book.

Bought this book to assist staff who learn by seeing/doing. It has short 1-3 page descriptions of everything a nurse might be called upon to do. We use Lippincott as our main source for policy and procedure.

I was disappointed with this book. Though it discusses procedures adequately, I was wanting more visuals. I am a visual person and would have liked more pictures to help with some of the less common procedures.
