This is a very strong and in depth book on essential oils and various applications for the assistance of usage on an individual. Gives great information that is needed for a very strong acting mixture that is capable of making a difference in working on the patient in need of relief.
Outstanding book that is needed for anyone that mixes oils to usage, whether for personal usage, or for others. Should be required reading for all customers that purchase essential oils before consuming essential oils.

This book is an absolute necessity if you are using Essential Oils. I had an older version previously and this has so much more valuable info in it, I use it daily.

A very informative book regarding oils. It explains the different grades of oils that are marketed and goes into great detail which oils to use for an ailment; be it sinus problems, sore muscle, headaches just to name a few. Oils have been used for hundreds of years and now they seem to be resurfacing. I would highly recommend this book for anyone who is seriously searching for alternative health methods.
