A favorite for 25 yearsMarch 5, 2010 J. Mom(southeast, KY,USA) I have used this publication since nursing school. Love the easy to find references for each drug, as well as the catagories that have been updated over the years to reflect the changing times in medicine. I highly recommend to anyone in the nursing field, including my daughter who is beinging her RN program.
cc's reviewMarch 5, 2010 Carolyn Cureington(Bastrop, LA, US) product was in excellent condition when arrived. I ordered this for my granddaughter who is in nursing school....I used this book when I was in school and knew it would help her in her curriculum.
Drug handbook reviewMarch 1, 2010 Gail I. Siembida I have returned to school to become a RN after many years as a LPN. I just chose the Nursing 2010 because it gives me the best information in comparison to other handbooks. I have use other editions of this book in the past. I also got it at a better price than if I ordered it from the publisher and with free shipping too.
Books are PreciousFebruary 26, 2010 Mary(Oregon) Books are precious, especially if you are willing to pay full price. My books arrived in a cardboard box with some of those "air-bags" for cushioning. The box of books accidentally sat in my mailbox a few days when I had to leave town in January. The rain moisture from outside was absorbed into the box. Thus the pages of my new books were wrinkled throughout, from moisture, and the corners of the book covers were dented from shipment. How sad! I recommend wrapping all books in plastic bags and using a better cushioning method such as wrapping in several layers of paper. I loved the books so I pressed them out and kept them.
