CPT manual for medical codingAugust 22, 2010 LindaLee Never rec'd. this item after 21+ days. I was issued a refund but does not help that I had to drop the course because of falling behind waiting for this manual. I was told I chose standard mail & it could take 21 business days. My husband worked for the postal service & believe me this never should have taken so long. I am very disgusted w/Amazon.com (my first purchase). The other manual ICD-9 came very quickly & was very satisfied w/condition of book.
