Must have...August 11, 2010 MTB Dude(San Antonio, TX) If you are an eye doctor or call yourself an eye doctor and don't have this book you are missing out. You MUST get this book, period. Even for internists, the diagnostic and treatment guidelines found in this book will be useful. Get it!
Great ManualFebruary 28, 2010 oasisman(Poland) the only thing that bothers me is the size of it....you need really big pockets to carry this one around but i bought it anyway...because of the insides :)
Good DealOctober 30, 2009 Stephen D. Smith(Louisville KY) An up to date version that is replacing an older version. Photos are a nice perk but the up to date treatment options are the reason I bought it.

Great clinical reference for OD/MD students, residents, and fellows. Much more useful than the previous "blue" edition without photos. Can be somewhat helpful in preparing for the OD Steps II and III boards, but it's really designed for assisting in clinical decision-making, chairside or bedside. Highly recommended.

I purchased this guide for my initial ophthalmology rotation. This book is full of succinct, but quality information on a broad spectrum of eye diseases. Very easy to reference and find quick information. A must for anyone in medical school or residency.
