Product Description Cables have a tendency to look cluttered, and the more complicated your setup -- in home theaters, home offices, project studios, and more -- the messier they seem. Monster(R) Cable? It provides an amazingly simple way to tidy up any cable mess, whether your setting up a new HDTV or setting up on stage for a gig. Available in three sizes for both small jobs and big projects, with as many as 12 cables and cords, Cable? It can make all your spaces cleaner and more organized.
MehAugust 25, 2010 J. Barnett(Seattle, WA) I could see how these would be good for a VERY SIMPLE setup requiring maybe 8ft or less of cable management, but for something that is anywhere near what a modern media center setup is (with several peripherals that each have their own power brick) it is extremely cumbersome and frustrating to manage the wires with this setup. The handle zipper thing is also pretty cheap and broke apart several times. It does not stay shut during threading of 5 or more cables.
Also, the claim of easily inserting a cable without the zipper at any point in the line is not true.
wgolf9August 15, 2010 W. Evans(Suffolk, VA. USA) Excellent product for several cables to be covered. allows one or more cables to exit at a different point that other cables that connect to a different point. I would recommend to get rid of cable clutter.
Superb Wire BundlerAugust 9, 2010 Safety Guru Easy/efficient/easily bundles 6 cables (i.e. coaxial, 3 component cables, L & R audio cables) /sleek/flexible; TV looks better without wire clutter because the wires are bundled so nicely in this product. Five stars all the way...no cons
Organize the cords from electronics to the tvAugust 4, 2010 drlawrie I had been looking for a cord organizer for a little while. I knew that I could find spiral wrap that I have used before but I found this as an alternate. The photos made it seem pretty easy to install so I gave it a try. Being a guy, I didn't read the instructions on installation but come on, how hard could it be. It was tricky enough that I had to check the instructions for what went where. Once I did that, it was a breeze. The wrap was easy to cut with a heavy duty scissors and it does a great job of keeping the cords organized.
not so practicalJuly 22, 2010 Eswar Balasubrahmanyan(lubbock, TX) thought this would help and bought glass open back tv table. regret the decision as it looks too ugly with wired dangling all around.
